Moshe responded to my request for quote very quickly and gave me a call to discuss the job and asked that I send him pictures of the hole via text message. Comments: Moshe is a true professional. Hired him to assemble a large vanity cabinet. He called within 5 minutes of my request for a handy man and made an appointment for the next day to complete the job. He called as promised to let me know he was 20 minutes away. Unfortunately, after he meticulously unboxed all parts, it turned out that the hardware didn’t ship with the cabinet, so he couldn’t assemble it. He neatly reboxed all pieces and was kind enough to not charge me even though his time was wasted. I will definitely call on him for future projects as he was polite, punctual and very professional.

Comments: Moshe painted all of my shutters and front door. He reattached a shutter that had been blown down by a storm and fixed some aluminum siding. Moshe may even call to ask if he can arrive a day or two earlier than originally planned. He finishes the job on time or sooner. The work is beautiful. He redid a bathroom and a leaking shower, dry-walled a laundry room, fixed two dry-wall ceilings, repaired and re-hung some kitchen cabinets, and a few other "extras" that werent't in the original plans. Comments: We could not close our basement walkout door and was connected with Moshe to repair who came highly recommended. We were scheduled for a Wednesday visit. He called me Monday, two days ahead of schedule, to let me know he was in the area and can service me that day. Why was this important? I was taking my wife out overnight for her birthday on Tuesday and I was concerned the basement door could not close. Moshe arrived 20 minutes after he called, explained the issue, corrected it, and demonstrated the fix. Most of all he gave me peace of mind which you can't put a price tag on. Comments: We hired Moshe to renovate an Indoor playground which we took over. We had no experience in construction of this size, short on time, budget and we're TERRIFIED of so many unknowns. After meeting with several options we've decided to hire MGC (Moshe General Construction). Moshe immediately took over the construction project from A to Z and left us with no room for doubts. It was so easy that we were able to concentrate on other aspects needed inorder to re-open a business and without being worried about what's being done construction wise. We didn't have to mention anything twice either, if we thought it, he was there to see it and execute as needed while sharing his expertise. Dealing with the Township was a trip by itself to say the least, but again with Moishe's advice and navigation we were able to steer away from any unnecessary obstacles. Comments: The Other Project was a small wooden deck modification job involving removal of an old, large, poorly designed landing. Moshe showed up on time. He and his team of 3 worked quickly and professionally. They were all polite and friendly. He was actually able to save me money off his original estimate that included new pt decking boards because due to his skill he was able to save and reuse all of my expensive existing ipe decking boards. It blends in perfectly with the rest of my 16 year old deck. He also installed a new step down to the deck. It looks marvelous. He also replaced an old outdoor electrical outlet which had stopped working. Fit and finish is excellent. They thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. Since he also does roofing, he will be my go to guy when I decide to replace my roof.

His work ethic is A+. He proceeded to the projects, worked diligently and wouldn't even take time to eat lunch (not that this is healthy). Every task he tackled was done to our specifications, was done well and will enhance the value of our home. In fact, I had a decorator visiting during the time he was doing his work and she was so impressed with the work he had done she took several of his cards to pass on to her other clients. A licensed plumber had installed it for me about 20 years ago, so that I could have a gas grill outside on my deck. I didn't know that it was wrong, but Moshe pointed out to me that it was dangerous. Gas lines should be solid metal, not flexible copper, which can bend, crack and explode. He alerted me to the danger, and he came back and shut off the connection of this copper line to the gas line in my house; I was selling my house, and the home inspector didn't notice this. He removed the copper line so that no one could use something that was illegal and dangerous.

Comments: Not only did Moshe and his team do an excellent job, he went over and above to support me. The damage to the kitchen was due to an external leak in a townhouse. I asked Moshe to be there when I met with the Association Engineer and representative, which he did. He provided his expertise, photographs and overall impressions of the damage to the engineer.

Comments: Moshe did most of the work himself which I find commendable. The work that was done was excellent my only criticism is that there were communication problems. I would have liked to have gotten more in writing so there were no misunderstanding or forgotten information. I recommend getting things in writing before the work is done.. Over all though the work was good.

Comments: I have been in business for 42 years. he is just amazing and used him for 12 years. He can completely gut and remodel a house in 6 to 8 weeks. Starts with the cheaper area and makes it better. He has done work like that for years, knows how to do a better job, prices go to triple cost for the house. He is just excellent, creative, will listen to you and design the work.
